Farrell oversees the delivery component of the STCR business, responsible for the Project, Support Center, and Technical Services teams. Farrell is in his element when streamlining operations, solving problems and providing excellent customer experiences. In addition to operational tasks for STCR, Farrell also oversees marketing, internal projects, and vendor management for the company.
